How will my session be made up?
Thorough Warm Up
Sun Salutations
Yoga Postures (Asanas)
Postures will be linked to each other by Vinyasas (movement between postures – linked with your breath)
Shivasana (relaxation at the end of the session) – including massage if required.
Please note that sessions are tailored to an individual or groups requirements.
How much room do I need?
The width of your outstretched arm and the length of your body. I like to demonstrate posture during the session – so a bit of room for me as well would be good!!! You will need the same amount of space per person.
What do I wear?
comfortable clothing that allows you to move – have a jumper and socks available to put on during your relaxation.
Do I need my own Yoga mat?
I can provide Yoga Mats for your session
Will I be using any equipment?
If your comfortable with them - you may use Yoga Blocks and Yoga Straps during some Postures.
Do I have to do any chanting?
No, the session is tailored to what you require and want from it. If you feel uncomfortable with any part of the class – you just need to let me know so that I can re-adjust the session for you.
